School Supplies Product Donation Guidelines
Product must be new and K-12 appropriate. Scratch and dent items must be otherwise fully functional.
Gently used items (clothing, household items, furniture, appliances) are accepted on a case by case basis, and may require to be delivered at donor’s cost.
Products intended for use in the classroom must meet the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) guidelines.
The Sophia Elizabeth Foundation Affiliates are not in a position to transport industrial products, chemicals, cleaning products larger than consumer size, or any items that require hazmat level shipping.
Donations We Accept:
When you are sorting out items from your closet or garage, ask yourself, “Would I give this to a friend?” If your answer is yes, then S.E.F can put it to good use in our community.
Food & Fund Drives
A Team Effort
By holding a food drive with your friends, family, or coworkers, you can help put an end to hunger and provide foods that people in our community need most.
Most-needed Food Items
Non-perishable items can be used for both our Shelly's Kitchen Program and M25 Program (direct distribution to people in need in our community.)
Some wish list items include:
- canned fruits and vegetables
- peanut butter
- canned tuna and chicken
- dry pastas
- boxed macaroni and cheese
- canned soups
Note: Perishable, homemade, and home-canned items are accepted on a case by case basis.
